Factions Question about character levels - Guild Wars Forums

When a person buys the new chapter and wants to PvE with one of the new characters, What level is the character when its created? Will it be level 1 or something higher? I was wondering if the new mission will be for XP and skills or just skills and items. So if I take over my level 20 Ele, will the new quests be worth doing since the cap is still 20?

Just curious about how the PvE will be played out.

levelcap will not be raised for all i know

new characters will have the choise to start in one of the campaigns tutorials (if you own both chapters that is), and i guess that means they'll be lvl1 at creation.

the new quests are just new content for your lvl20 char, to see new places, fight new monsters, get new loot, ...
